YBS Commercial Mortgages has strengthened its team in Wales and the South West with the appointment of Kayleigh Parry as a relationship director.
"YBS Commercial is on an exciting journey and I’m looking forward to meeting the needs of our broker partners and borrowers in my new role."
Kayleigh has extensive experience in financial services, having worked in the sector for 15 years, including four years as a relationship manager with a large portfolio of SMEs. She has spent the last 12 months in a business development role, proactively supporting new clients and key business introducers emerging from the pandemic.
Kayleigh will be working closely with other Wales and the South West team members, including fellow relationship directors Sue Lewis and James Roche, and relationship managers Seren Moyle and Molly McCleary. The appointment of Kayleigh takes the team to six.
Kayleigh said: “I’m thrilled to be joining the YBS team for the Wales and South West region in supporting its ambitious growth strategy. YBS Commercial is on an exciting journey and I’m looking forward to meeting the needs of our broker partners and borrowers in my new role.”
Allan Griffiths, regional director for YBS Commercial Mortgages in Wales and the South West, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Kayleigh to the team. I’m really looking forward to her contribution, and I have no doubt that she will bring a wealth of value to the team.”
