Y3S acquires 50% stake in Pink Pig Loans
Y3S Group has acquired a 50% shareholding in second charge and bridging brokerage Pink Pig Loans.
Pink Pig offers second charge loans from £3,000 to over £2.5 million and bridging finance solutions from £25,000 up to £25 million.
Cardiff-based Y3S Group offers secured, bridging and commercial loans to intermediaries across the UK.
