TMA adds Impact Specialist Finance to panel
Impact Specialist Finance, formerly All Types of Mortgages (AToM), has been added to TMA’s approved packager panel.
"As the specialist lending market grows to meet the changing needs of consumers, partnerships like this ensure that our members stay ahead of the curve"
TMA members can now access the specialist distributor's range of solutions in areas such as bridging, specialist buy-to-let, commercial, credit impaired, mortgages abroad and later life lending.
Dale Jannels, managing director at Impact Specialist Finance, commented: “This is very much a like-minded partnership as we are both forward-thinking companies who recognise the importance of offering the highest possible service standards and providing the intermediary market with a wealth of lending solutions to meet ever-shifting client demands.
“The team at TMA provide expert advice and support to meet a range of intermediary needs which allows them to grow and develop their business in the right way. We look forward to working closely with the TMA team to provide their members with the expertise and experience to help them maximise the growing number of opportunities being generated across the specialist lending sectors.”
Rob McCoy, senior product and business manager at TMA, added: “Partnering with Impact has been a natural enhancement to our proposition as we ensure our lender panel evolves to cater for a growing market. As the specialist lending market grows to meet the changing needs of consumers, partnerships like this ensure that our members stay ahead of the curve and are ready and able to serve more customers looking for lending with particular needs and circumstances.
“A common-sense approach to lending is imperative in today’s socioeconomic landscape and we are delighted to be working with Impact to help advisers deliver the best possible outcome for every single one of their clients, no matter what their circumstances.”
