SimplyBiz adds Prestige Finance to secured loans panel
SimplyBiz Mortgages has announced the addition of Prestige Finance, part of the One Savings Bank Group, to its new direct secured loans panel.
"At the initial launch, when Precise Mortgages were our sole panel member, we stated we would be adding to the panel during the next few months"
All members will now be able to submit direct to Prestige Finance rather than through its master brokers. SimplyBiz Mortgages members also have access to Prestige’s full range of products including prime, large loans, buy-to-let professional and standard.
Martin Reynolds, CEO of SimplyBiz Mortgages, commented: “At the initial launch, when Precise Mortgages were our sole panel member, we stated we would be adding to the panel during the next few months, and are delighted to have added Prestige Finance as our second partner.
“The feedback we have received from members is that they like the choice of submitting direct to lenders, as they do with traditional residential lenders. This extension of our relationship with the One Savings Bank Group will be welcomed by members as it offers them improved choice. We will continue to work with lenders who wish to offer secured loans direct and will enhance our panel in a controlled manner during the summer.”
Adrian Maloney, Sales Director at One Savings Bank, added: “We are delighted to be supporting SimplyBiz Mortgages with the launch of their second charge lending panel and further enhancing the wider Group relationship with OSB. The second charge market is evolving and providing brokers with more choice and control via a direct submission route will complement our existing distribution channel”.
