Seneca Bridging partners with Julian Harris Network
Seneca Bridging has partnered with the Julian Harris Network to enable its appointed representatives to access the lender's short term lending products.
"We are... pleased to announce them as the first of a number of distribution agreements we expect to conclude over the coming months."
Mark Harrison, Head of Business Development at Seneca, commented: “We are delighted to work with the Julian Harris Network and pleased to announce them as the first of a number of distribution agreements we expect to conclude over the coming months.
“This agreement allows all Julian Harris ARs to access not only our bridging and development finance products but also the other various SME focused Seneca businesses and we look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship."
Julian Harris added: "We are pleased to be announced as the first key distribution partner of Seneca Bridging. The attraction of working with Seneca is that they are more than just a non status bridging lender and this partnership allows us to access other business units that operate under the Seneca brand and we feel sure that our advisers will welcome this new addition to our specialist lending panel."
