Regentsmead, an award-winning principal funder of development loans and active member of the NACFB, took the decision to join an already strong group of AOBP Associate Lenders in order to maximise the opportunity to work with professional members of this niche sector.

This news comes after the announcement made last week that four new Affiliate Associates have signed up to the Association within the last couple of months; all tiers of membership continue to grow at a very encouraging pace.

Chief Executive of Regentsmead, James Bloom, said:

“Regentsmead is very pleased to be joining the AOBP as an Associate Lender. The Association is going from strength to strength and can only be of benefit to the industry. We know many of its broker members and look forward to continuing to work with them, and forging new relationships with members we have not dealt with. We are very much open for business and look forward to working with you all.”

Russell Martin, AOBP Executive Committee member and Managing Director of master brokerage Finance 4 Business welcomed the lender to the Association:

“I am delighted that such a well-established and reputable lender has committed to join the AOBP. This really is great news for our broker members, as while Regentsmead operates in the short-term lending space, they offer a different type of product to many of our other lender members.

“On behalf of the Executive Committee, I would like to welcome James Bloom and his team to the AOBP and encourage brokers to maximise their offerings to their clients by utilising the expert knowledge and experience that Regentsmead holds.”
