The new expanded panel launches with over 120 new conveyancer firms, which have over 420 offices across England and Wales and will be increased to over 300 firms in the coming months. Lender Exchange has been chosen as the lender’s Conveyancer Panel Manager to ensure effective risk management.
In addition, the lender has removed its Conveyancer Fee Scale, this means brokers or borrowers are free to negotiate the fees directly with the chosen conveyancer firm.
Alan Cleary, Managing Director of Precise Mortgages said:
“We carry out regular surveys with our brokers and borrowers to see what they want us to improve and this was top of their list. We have a number of improvements in the pipeline for the second half of 2015 too. We hope this will help us achieve our goal of being the intermediaries’ home for specialist lending.”
