Omni Equity invests in Brightstar
Omni Equity has bought a minority stake in Brightstar.

Omni Equity is a private investment vehicle operated by Omni Partners, a multimillion dollar alternatives investment manager. A partner of Omni Partners will join Brightstar’s leadership team as a non-executive director and representative.
Brightstar commenced trading in January 2011 with Rob Jupp, Bradley Moore and Kit Thompson at the helm. In four and half years it has grown to a team of 40, originating circa. £1billion of specialist debt.
