New secured loan sourcing platform launched
Engaged CRM has announced its latest addition, a cloud-based CRM platform allowing users to search and source secured loan products from lenders whilst maintaining and tracking the entire application process.
The recently launched add-on brings all the latest integrations together so that it acts as becomes a single point of login for Equifax credit searches, secured loan product searches, all the way through to application, as it has the integrations with lenders such as Nemo and Optimum Credit.
After being guided by the compliant ‘Income and Expenditure’ questionnaire, the preferred lender and products are displayed. These detail the product summaries and lender illustrations in a bespoke branded format for your client. The selected product can then be selected and the application can then be processed where possible, via the integration with the lenders.
It has been stated that the whole process can now be managed in one location, from inbound lead management, to call centre workflows, product sourcing, credit searches and application processing.
Commenting on the CRM system, Ashley Harris, Managing Director, said:
“We knew the race to the market was going to be interesting, but we wanted to work harder on making our system bring in the integrations and efficiencies that other products lack.”
“Engaged CRM is about efficiencies and assisting brokers and IFAs to create the best conversion rates and ensuring compliance throughout the entire process. By looking at the whole picture, rather just product sourcing, we wanted to take our product to another level. We are not stopping there and other industry related projects are already in the pipeline.”
