Mortgage Intelligence sets its sights on commercial lending with Aldermore Commercial
Mortgage Intelligence has strengthened its commercial mortgage offering with the launch of a new dedicated helpdesk for its members and the appointment of Aldermore Commercial.

Both Appointed Representatives of Mortgage Intelligence and Mortgage Next and Directly Authorised members of Next Intelligence (the re-launched mortgage club from Mortgage Intelligence), will have the following free benefits:
- No broker fee charged on all commercial deals
- Access to product & criteria exclusives from Aldermore Commercial
- Access to mortgage products for: mixed use investment properties, multi unit lending, limited companies, HMO’s, remortgages and portfolio lending (up to £5m)
- Enhanced commission paid directly to members
