Masthaven appoints Alex Upton from Castle Trust
Masthaven has appointed Alex Upton to the newly created role of sales director for its long-term lending division.
"She’ll be joining as sales director in our long-term lending division – a newly created role which reflects the considerable growth we’ve achieved already in 2018."
Alex joins Masthaven from Castle Trust where she was director of sales, before briefly becoming managing director of mortgages to replace Matthew Wyles, who left the firm last week.
Sean Oldfield, founder and chief executive of Castle Trust, also stepped down from his role last week after seven years with the firm.
Matt Andrews, managing director of mortgages at Masthaven, commented: “We are delighted to be welcoming Alex Upton to the Masthaven team later this year. She’ll be joining as sales director in our long-term lending division – a newly created role which reflects the considerable growth we’ve achieved already in 2018.
“Alex brings a wealth of market experience, and will be instrumental in helping us to successfully carry out the exciting plans we have laid out for the second half of the year. We look forward to working with such a high calibre addition to the team.”
