James Bloom joins Alternative Bridging
James Bloom, former MD of short term lending at Masthaven, has joined Alternative Bridging as a divisional director.
"James arrives at just the right time to strengthen our management to respond to the challenges and opportunities of Brexit."
Prior to Masthaven, James spent 29 years at Regentsmead where he was a director before becoming chief executive.
Brian Rubins, executive chairman of Alternative, commented: “James joining us is a significant and welcome development. His deep knowledge of lending and hands-on experience in both development and bridging finance is another step forward in our providing our broker friends and their clients creative, individual service, with the ability to think outside the box when deals do not quite fit.
"We are well funded and enjoy ongoing support from our investors and bankers and James arrives at just the right time to strengthen our management to respond to the challenges and opportunities of Brexit.”
James added: “I am delighted to join the leadership at Alternative. Brian, Jonathan, Stephen and Allan are a formidable team who share my passion and vision for sensible growth built on sound foundations with delivering unparalleled service being key. Putting our joint skills together will provide an even better experience for our broker partners and clients. I am very much looking forward to the months and years ahead; this is a very exciting chapter in my career in this great industry.”
