Ilsen leaves Regentsmead to launch new development lender
Ashley Ilsen, formerly CMO and Head of Lending at Regentsmead, has left the company to launch a new development finance lender.
"The official launch date has been set for late Spring 2018."
The lender will release details of its funding partners and team members ahead of launch which is set for late Spring.
Ashley commented: “It’s been an amazing five years at Regentsmead, after being given the opportunity to work my way up through the business and head up the lending department, alongside Sam Howard. I will have nothing but fond memories of my time at Regentsmead, however I think now is the time for a fresh challenge.
“With some exciting finance partners lined up this will enable the new company to create a unique offering into the development finance market; a sector I believe is lacking in overall quality. The new source of capital will allow us to offer extremely competitive funding, twinned with a highly experienced team and dynamic development finance products.
“I will be releasing further details of our funding partners, along with key industry individuals that will be working with me to grow this new venture over the next few months. The official launch date has been set for late Spring 2018.”
