Hampshire Trust appoints specialist mortgages director
Hampshire Trust Bank has appointed Lisa Crane as operations director for its specialist mortgages division.
"Lisa’s skill and experience in making service a science will allow us to push on in our next stage of growth"
In her new role, Lisa will be responsible for underwriting, servicing, portfolio management and change.
Lisa has 17 years of experience in the mortgage industry and was part of the original executive team at Shawbrook after previous roles at Commercial First, Mortgage Times and Mortgage Intelligence.
Charles McDowell, managing director of specialist mortgages, said: “The mortgage industry has, is and always will be about people and I am over the moon to welcome Lisa to the HTB team. Lisa has quite frankly, been there, done that, lent the money and got the t-shirt.
"We have achieved great things over the last 18 months and Lisa’s skill and experience in making service a science will allow us to push on in our next stage of growth - as we continue to focus on providing the service that our brokers deserve. This appointment further demonstrates our commitment to becoming a magnet for the best people in the industry.”
