Falcon Bridging partners with Positive Lending
New lender Falcon Bridging Finance Limited has partnered with Positive Lending to give more intermediaries access to its range.

Falcon Bridging provides a range of non-regulated products for both the residential and commercial property sectors via financial intermediaries in England and Wales – offering loans of up to £10 million with terms of up to 24 months and a maximum LTV of 75%.
