Enness Private Clients launches bridging arm

Enness Private Clients has launched a new bridging service, Enness Bridging Finance, which will offer ‘complete market access’ to brokers.

CEO Islay Robinson, who said the bridging industry is ‘more important, accessible, and as accepted as it has ever been’, noted that it was a fragmented and complex market which requires ‘real skill and specialism’.

Enness Bridging Finance will give brokers access to a full lender panel which Enness says will not be ‘restricted or biased by special deals or relationships’.

Robinson continued: “Bridging finance is a market we really enjoy, close to our heart and we are very good at it. We are very well networked and the other assets of our wider business profile allow us to add real value.

“So – we thought we would showcase our skills, increase our marketing and offer our services to a wider market of both end users and introducers alike.
