Crystal Specialist Finance add new features to CrystalHub Dashboard

The bespoke system - CrystalHub – offers online quotation, online application and a streamlined case management service. The new features include a personalised dashboard; end-to-end case management; real-time updates via the dashboard for better case visibility; and a new document checklist to ensure application requirements are clear from the outset.

The update also includes an upload feature to speed up application progress.
