Catalyst Property Finance announces first partnership with PMS and Sesame
PMS Mortgage Club and Sesame Network have added Catalyst Property Finance to their bridging lender panels.

The lender, launched in 2017, offers first and second charge short-term property loans up to 80% LTV with rates from 0.55% per calendar month.
