The events will cater to mortgage brokers and IFAs who want to learn more about the increased opportunities in the specialist lending market place, with a focus on commercial mortgages, secured loans, and bridging & development finance.
Alistair Ewing, Blimey Loans, said:
“Specialist Lending has gathered a lot of momentum in the past year, but I still feel that Scotland still has a lack of events aimed at helping educate brokers in how to make more of the opportunities in these areas.”
The event will also feature a round table format to give brokers a chance to engage informally with specialists in these markets, including Aldermore Bank, Masthaven Finance, Prestige Finance and Shawbrook Bank.
A networking lunch will also be available after the roadshow.
Spaces are limited to 50 delegates, and the events will take place at the following venues:
- Hampden Park, Glasgow – Wednesday 3rd June.
- Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh – Thursday 4th June.
