1st Stop launches niche secured products in Northern Ireland
Blackpool-based lender 1st Stop Homeloans, who will be celebrating 10 years of trading in June, have made the decision to offer its niche secured products to the Northern Ireland market.
The lender hopes their second charge products will be a welcome addition to brokers who also deal in near prime business in Northern Ireland. Loans up to £10,000 do not have any LTV restrictions nor consent or valuation requirements, and with £15,000 loans requiring only 90% LTV, their products will be perfectly placed to write incremental business in Northern Ireland.
The loans from £1,500 can be used for home improvements, new car or other suitable purposes.
Mark Evans, 1st Stop Underwriting Manager, comments:
"We are looking forward to launching our product into Northern Ireland. We can offer our brokers a new service line, in an under-served area. 1st Stop are always trying to improve our product ranges and we endeavour to make it easier for our brokers to do business with us. Another exciting development in 1st Stop’s product mix and a positive start to 2014."
Rhian Roberts, 1st Stop Group Business Development Manager, added:
"This is another change in criteria to enhance the already dynamic product matrix in place, proving once again how broker feedback and close relationships help us to constantly diversify our offering and make changes that help our broker network."
