Source Commercial extend Online Landlord Portfolio offering
Source Commercial haved today announced the addition of Covea to their Online Landlord Portfolio panel. Covea will join E-Underwriting on the Online platform.

The addition of Covea marks another step in the development of an easy to use and competitive Portfolio Insurance platform, giving brokers more choice of competitive Landlord products.
Source Commercial are pleased with the initial key features and benefits this new Online system is bringing for Brokers with Landlord Portfolio Insurance requests and are already working on the next new exciting edition.
The new Covea product includes subsidence, Property Owners' Liability and loss of rent cover as standard, and also provide the option to add Accidental Damage cover to buildings where cover will be provided in full for up to 60 days when the property is unoccupied.
