SortRefer launches new products amid record conveyancing activity
SortRefer has marked its 13th year in business with consecutive record business days and two new products.

In the first five weeks of 2022, SortRefer has recorded its highest business levels since its launch.
The company has seen 50% increase on all instructions when comparing its best business day in January 2021 to January 2022, plus a 50% increase in conveyancing instructions in the same period.
SortRefer has also launched two new products for clients to use for their conveyancing needs - Click & Quote Specialist Property Reports and Lease Extensions – now available for instructions from its portal.
Additionally, SortRefer has announced an upcoming rebrand and more new products later in the year.
Kevin Tunnicliffe, CEO, of SortRefer, commented: “To see the company thrive year-on-year, even with the challenges of Covid and the changes across the housing industry, simply highlights our strength and continuous growth in what we do for the industry.
"We are excited to be bringing our clients more new products this year; we’re enhancing our portfolio and driving our company vision of being the ‘go to’ all-in-one portal for all things conveyancing and property related. I want to personally thank every one of my employees for their hard work, I’m proud to say that it’s because of their efforts, SortRefer is where it is today.
"Now I’m excited to see what we will achieve in the upcoming months if this is what 2022 has offered us so far!”
