Shawbrook partners with Sirius Property Finance
Shawbrook Commercial has added Sirius Property Finance to its Strategic Partner panel.
"Many of our clients are looking for funding solutions that allow one lender relationship to provide short-term debt, development debt and long-term investment finance"
Sirius was launched by Brightstar in October 2016 and focuses on financing for high net worth residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Robert Collins, co-founder of Sirius Property Finance, commented: “We are delighted that Sirius is now on Shawbrook’s Strategic Partner panel – another milestone in our journey.
"Many of our clients are looking for funding solutions that allow one lender relationship to provide short-term debt, development debt and long-term investment finance and Shawbrook’s product suite covers this whole spectrum of lending. Their processes also allow clients to switch from one product to another without incurring additional lender fees which is a very attractive proposition.
"We have a long-standing relationship with Shawbrook through our parent company, Brightstar Financial, but this should deepen our relationship with the specialist lender that we see as a key partner in 2019 and beyond.”
Peter Turner, senior development manager for Shawbrook Commercial Mortgages, added: “I have worked with the team at Sirius for a couple of years now and the vast experience in their senior management shines through. They are an excellent addition to our Strategic Partner panel and I look forward to working with the team going forward and excited to see what this partnership will continue to bring.”
