From now on, this dedicated team will be called the Loan Management Team. This will enable the lender to provide a more streamlined, comprehensive service to its Commercial Mortgages clients, both pre- and post-completion.
The bank-wide Customer Operations Team is responsible for implementing many of the operational processes and policies necessary for the on-going management of each client portfolio post-completion. The new Commercial Mortgages Loan Management Team of seven includes three Portfolio Officers, two Short-Term Loan Officers, an Administrator and a Retention Officer.
Laura Mortlock, Customer Operations Manager, will oversee the Loan Management Team as a manager within Commercial Mortgages.
Karen Bennett, Sales and Marketing Director, Commercial Mortgages, Shawbrook Bank said:
“Shawbrook is committed to providing specialist expertise and a focus on outstanding service across all our bank-wide lending divisions. Integrating members of our Customer Operations Team into the Commercial Mortgages business creates a more efficient structure designed to improve services for both our brokers and customers, and we look forward to the positive impact this will have.”
