Sarah Woolf, previously Business Development Manager for the North East and East Midlands, is now Senior Relationship Manager for these regions, and Gavin Seaholme has been promoted to BDM for the South Central region of England.
Sarah’s position as Senior Relationship Manager for the North East and East Midlands is a unique role within the team, reflecting Sarah’s continual hard work in building a high-performing region. In addition to supporting regional broker partners, Sarah will now be working closely with key accounts to give them the benefit of her experience and expertise.
As BDM for South Central, Gavin will cover Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Luton, Slough and the greater London areas of Watford, Harrow, Southall and Twickenham. He will be responsible for strengthening broker and introducer partnerships and growing regional business.
The changes come as a result of impressive individual performances and the bank’s on-going endeavour to provide additional support and resources to broker networks across the country.
Karen Bennett, Sales and Marketing Director, Commercial Mortgages, Shawbrook Bank said:
“At Shawbrook we know that rewarding great performance benefits both our internal team members and our external broker partners. Gavin’s promotion offers further support to a strong-performing area of business, whilst Sarah’s new role is an example of our flexibility as a business to be able to continually develop our team structures.”
