Share to Buy launches dedicated mortgage broker panel
The panel has launched with six broker firms.
Shared ownership and affordable home-buying scheme portal, Share to Buy, has launched a new mortgage broker panel, expanding its specialist offering to support buyers navigating the complexities of the mortgage market.
Comprised of six firms, the new panel has been curated to offer tailored guidance to those buying, staircasing, and remortgaging, including properties available through shared ownership and other affordable home purchase options.
The panel includes Bluebell Mortgages, Bluegate Mortgages, Mortgages 2.0, Just Mortgages, Censeo Financial, and Visionary Finance.
The introduction of the mortgage panel complements Share to Buy’s existing conveyancing and solicitor panel, forming part of a wider suite of integrated services.
Share to Buy’s expanding broker and solicitor panels - together with its growing catalogue of tools and resources - offer industry partners a streamlined route to reach engaged customers.
Nick Lieb, chief operations officer at Share to Buy, commented: “With the growing range of affordable homeownership products on the market - from shared ownership to the First Homes discount and Rent to Buy - it’s more important than ever that buyers receive advice from brokers who truly understand the nuances of these schemes. Unlike the mainstream market, affordability assessments, eligibility criteria and lender availability can vary significantly across affordable housing products, meaning not all brokers are equally equipped to offer guidance.
“Our new mortgage broker panel has been carefully curated to ensure aspiring homeowners have access to trusted experts who specialise in these areas. This is not just about offering choice, it's about helping buyers navigate what can often be a complex process. By connecting our users with professionals who can provide tailored, product-specific advice, we’re aiming to demystify the mortgage journey and give buyers the confidence to make informed decisions.”
