SfI supports launch of new investment fund range
Santander for Intermediaries has today announced it will be distributing the newly launched range of investment funds, ‘Santander Atlas Portfolios’. The range will be available exclusively to UK intermediaries and sold through platforms.
The Santander Atlas Portfolios will be managed by the award winning Santander Asset Management Global Multi Manager team, led by Tom Caddick and Toby Vaughan. The new funds offer a choice of five multi asset, multi manager portfolios, which will have clearly differentiated risk targets that match Distribution Technology’s risk profiles (3 to 7) to suit varying investor attitudes to risk in the medium to long term.
The diversified multi asset funds are actively and dynamically managed across core global asset classes, including equities, bonds, properties and alternatives. The focus is on managing the portfolios within clearly defined volatility targets to provide investors with potentially smoother returns. In addition, the Santander Atlas Portfolios have a low annual management charge of 0.40 per cent, plus a capped Ongoing Charge of 0.99 per cent.
Santander Asset Management UK has also engaged Moody’s Analytics (Barrie and Hibbert) to provide expected outcomes that will help advisers & clients have a good understanding of their potential investment journey. The Santander Atlas Portfolio range has been benchmarked against funds across the UK by independent, financial research and software company, Defaqto, and has received the maximum 5 Diamond Rating.
Brad Fordham, Sales Director at Santander for Intermediaries said:
“We are committed to deepening our relationship with intermediaries and so we are delighted to be supporting the launch of the Santander Atlas Portfolios, which we believe will be a great help to intermediaries and their clients looking for high quality, great value risk-rated solutions managed by an established & trusted team.”
