The relationship means that Paymentshield Mortgage Club members will recommend Conti to clients who are seeking overseas property finance. It will provide members with access to trained staff, the best rates worldwide, an online application process, and high levels of commission for every case they complete.
Conti will also provide support in the form of an online sales toolkit, providing everything that members need to generate overseas mortgage sales from their existing client base, with minimal outlay from their own business.
Clare Nessling, Conti’s Operations Director, says:
“We’re delighted to be entering into this partnership. Bargain property prices and historically low interest rates are making it much more affordable to buy property abroad, and overseas mortgage providers have a healthy appetite for lending to foreign investors.
"If intermediaries haven't yet considered the overseas mortgage market as a source of additional income, it’s a great time to do so.”
Rita Dalton, Paymentshield’s Partnerships Manager, Lending and Protection, says:
“We’re delighted to have Conti on board and believe its services and specialist expertise will be fully welcomed by our members. It’s important for us to provide members with ways to increase their income streams, and the overseas mortgage market holds many opportunities.”
