An up to date product guide, available by download for client meetings, which highlights the key mortgage details of the best products available in more than 40 different countries.
Affordability and mortgage calculators, currency conversion tools and access to the monthly market review newsletters, are also part of the package being offered on the Connect Overseas Pro website.
According to Liz Syms, Managing Director of Connect Overseas, her company believes that being proactive and providing help to expand brokers’ knowledge and offer new marketing opportunities is in everyone’s interest.
She said:
“In the past, much of the detail about overseas mortgages has tended to be hidden away from brokers by other specialists and I think brokers have had enough of being only privy to information on a ‘need to know’ basis.
"We have always believed that brokers should be able to have the same access to products as they would for domestic mortgages from the outset of an enquiry. By launching our marketing resource we are also helping to educate a new generation of brokers to market an overseas mortgage facility with confidence to new and existing clients.
"Connect Overseas is committed to the intermediary market and we believe that by putting product information in the hands of brokers and helping them to build their business, we will help to expand the market for buyers, sellers and intermediaries.”
