Santander reduces home mover mortgage rates
Rates now start from 3.86%.
Santander has reduced residential fixed rates across its home mover mortgage range, including new build.
All 75%, 85%, 90% and 95% LTV two-year fixed rates have reduced by up to 0.10%.
All 75% LTV three-year fixed rates have decreased by up to 0.10% and all 75%, selected 85%, all 90% and 95% LTV five-year fixed rates are down by up to 0.04%.
Highlights include a 75% LTV three-year fixed rate, down to 3.86%, and a 90% LTV two-year fix which has reduced to 4.30%, both with a £999 fee.
In Santander's five-year range, an 85% LTV rate is down to 4.33% and a 95% LTV product has reduced to 4.84%, both with no fee.
Exclusively for new builds, two-year fixed rates have reduced to 3.86% at 75% LTV with a £999 fee, 4.34% at 85% LTV with no fee, and 4.92% at 95% LTV with no fee.
In addition, a 90% LTV five-year fixed rate new build product has decreased to 4.39% with a £999 fee.
All products come with £250 cashback.
As part of Santander’s ‘no dual pricing’ pledge to brokers, the new pricing is available to all customers, whether they are applying via a broker or direct.
