Santander launches more sub-4% mortgages with cuts of up to 0.18%
The bank has launched new sub-4% three-year fixed rate products.

Santander UK is reducing interest rates across its mortgage products including its home mover, first-time buyer, new build, remortgage and buy-to-let ranges.
Available from tomorrow, the new pricing reflects the recent reduction in swap rates and marks the third reduction in rates from the lender in the past four weeks.
Home mover rates have reduced by up to 0.15% across two, three and five-year fixed-rate products.
As a result, a five-year fixed rate at 60% LTV is now available at 3.89%, while a three-year fix at 60% LTV is reducing to 3.94%, both with a £999 fee.
At 95% LTV, a two-year fix with no fee and £250 cashback is down by 0.15% to 4.95%.
For first-time buyers at 60% LTV, two-year fixed rates now start from 3.89%, with three and five-year fixes at 3.99%, all with a £999 fee.
A 95% LTV two-year fix with no fee and £250 cashback has reduced by 0.10% to 5.04%.
For remortgage customers, rates are down by 0.18%. Highlights include a 60% LTV five-year rate, down to 3.92%, and a three-year rate available at 4.01%, both with a £999 fee.
