Santander increases most fixed rate mortgages by up to 0.20%
Santander has become the latest major lender to increase product rates.

From tomorrow, Santander is increasing most of its residential and buy-to-let new business and product transfer fixed rates by up to 0.20%.
The majority of its standard residential fixed rates are increasing by 0.20% across purchase, remortgage and green products.
All new build fixed rates are rising by 0.20% and all buy-to-let and green buy-to-let fixed rates are also increasing by 0.20%.
In addition, selected large loan fixed rates are increasing by 0.10%.
In Santander's product transfer range, all buy-to-let rates will rise by 0.20% and all residential fixed rates are also increasing.
There’ll be no changes to Santander's tracker products in its new business or product transfer ranges.
