Santander cuts high-LTV rates by up to 0.22%
The bank has reduced two and five-year fixed rates at 85-95% LTV.
Santander has announced reductions of up to 0.22% across its residential mortgage range, with the majority of cuts to higher-LTV products.
In its home mover range, most two and five-year fixed rates at 85-95% LTV, including new build products, have reduced by up to 0.12%.
Highlights include a 90% LTV home mover five-year fixed rate with a £999 fee and £250 cashback at 4.40%, with the equivalent first-time buyer rate at 4.47%.
In Santander's first-time buyer range, all 85-90% LTV two and five-year fixed rates have decreased by up to 0.15%.
A 95% LTV five-year fixed rate first-time buyer product is down by 0.22% to 4.85% with no fee and £250 cashback.
In addition, selected 60-90% LTV two and five-year fixed rate remortgage products have reduced by up to 0.10%.
For product transfers, all 90% LTV two and five-year fixed rates have reduced by 0.10% and all buy-to-let 60% LTV two-year fixes are down by 0.09%.
