Santander appoints Capita for corporate real estate
Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure has been appointed by Santander UK to provide corporate real estate services across its UK portfolio over the next three years.
Capita will provide a full range of professional services including valuation, acquisition and disposal, lease advisory and management services across Santander’s freehold and leasehold portfolio, comprising the retail branch network, offices and data centres.
Geoff Kneen, executive director of Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure, said:
“We look forward to working with Santander to provide strategic advice and services across the bank’s real estate portfolio and unlocking value by utilising Capita’s real estate expertise in key areas such as strategic planning, valuation, disposals and lease renewals.”
