Roma Finance partners with Movin Legal
Roma Finance has partnered with conveyancing portal, Movin Legal, to help its intermediaries find the right legal partner to help their clients complete on property purchases.
"Specialist property transactions are often complex and clients will always benefit from being partnered with a solicitor that has expertise in specific areas."
Emma Hall, key relationships director at Movin Legal, said: “Specialist property transactions are often complex and clients will always benefit from being partnered with a solicitor that has expertise in specific areas.
“The broker, client, lender and solicitors all need to be working on the same page and to the same mutal goal from the outset.
“Often when this gets to the conveyancing stage this can be overlooked as to the importance on getting the right solicitor as opposed to the cheapest.
“Here at Movin Legal we are dedicated to delivering an enhanced conveyancing proposition for introducers with their specialist lending purchases.”
Steve Smith, national sales manager at Roma Finance, said: “Working with solicitors who understand a customer’s goals as well as how the lender works is pivotal to the success of any case.
“We are therefore delighted with this new partnership with Movin Legal which will help speed up our processes even further. Whilst it will always be the borrowers decision on the lawyer they want to work with, Movin Legal will help our intermediary partners to inform that decision.
“Their business model is a winner and we are looking forward to seeing quick results.”
