Roma Finance launches into Scotland
Roma Finance has expanded to offer its bridging finance products to introducers in Scotland.

George Tuffin, bridging specialist, will head up the Scottish team and Roma will be recruiting further sales staff to support this market.
Roma's products cater for a wide range of borrowers, including landlords and property professionals looking to acquire property for renovation and refurbishment.
It also offers products for residential investment property, semi-commercial units and commercial buildings, and the full range will be available in Scotland.
Tracey Martin, head of sales at Roma, said: “We see this launch into Scotland as a viable opportunity for the extension of our services. We now have extensive sales and underwriting teams in place, allowing us to continue to expand and we are all very confident of its success.”
