Just Retirement and Partnership merger completes
Following Court Approval, the merger between Just Retirement Group and Partnership Assurance has completed.

JRP Group began trading on the London Stock Exchange today, and has a market cap of £1.4bn and assets under management of more than £15 billion.
JRP Group will provide products, advice and professional services to individual customers, financial intermediaries, corporate clients and pension scheme trustees.
JRP Group will offer individually underwritten retirement income products delivering a guaranteed income for life and flexible pension plans offering customers the options to blend secured and unsecured income, as well as de-risking solutions for pension scheme trustees.
It also offers lifetime mortgages, protection, and long term care plans.
