Quantum Mortgages partners with Brilliant Solutions
New specialist buy-to-let lender, Quantum Mortgages, has joined both the packaging and mortgage club panels of Brilliant Solutions.
"We are always looking to expand our panel to ensure we can offer the best array of products and Quantum’s specialist range certainly falls into that category."
Brilliant Solutions Mortgage Club members will have access to Quantum's recently launched buy-to-let product range for individuals and limited companies who can purchase single unit properties including those in Northern Ireland, flats including high rise, new builds, studio, ex local authority & above/adjacent commercial units, MUBs, HMOs, holiday let, student lets and semi commercial properties.
Brilliant Solutions sales director, Michael Craig, said: “The addition of Quantum Mortgages to our fees-free packaging and mortgage club panel is great news for our intermediaries as it opens even more product solutions for their professional landlord clients. We are always looking to expand our panel to ensure we can offer the best array of products and Quantum’s specialist range certainly falls into that category.”
Spencer Gale, sales director at Quantum Mortgages, said: “We are delighted to join the panel of both the packaging arm and Mortgage Club of Brilliant Solutions. A business that has grown rapidly over the last few years that I have admired from a distance and now get to work with. I am confident that the breath of products that we offer will be a valuable addition to the Brilliant Solutions panel.”
