Quantum Mortgages appoints new national sales manager
Specialist buy-to-let lender, Quantum Mortgages, has announced that it has promoted Harsha Dahyea to the role of National Sales Manager, a role which will see the former State Bank of India BDM take over responsibility for the firm’s national sales team and management of intermediary introducer partners.

Harsha joined Quantum Mortgages as Key Account Manager in January 2022 and was part of the launch team when the lender launched into the buy-to-let market in March 2022. Prior to this, she was Key Account Manager at Bluestone Mortgages for 5 years, which included working on the initial launch and distribution.
Previous roles, include being a Business Development Manager with both Metro Bank and State Bank of India, where again she worked on the launch of their mortgage propositions.
Jason Neale, (pictured) Managing Director at Quantum Mortgages, said:
“Having been part of the team that brought Quantum Mortgages to market, Harsha has made a huge contribution towards the success we’ve enjoyed in our first year.
As well as being highly experienced in intermediary sales, she is a well-liked and respected member of our team who will no doubt continue to flourish in her new role. We are committed to helping our team to grow and develop their career so I’m delighted we are in a position to be able to make promotions so early in our journey”.
Harsh Dahyea, National Sales Manager, added: “I’m extremely excited about my new role at Quantum Mortgages and look forward to supporting the sales team as we continue to grow.
"I joined Quantum Mortgages in Jan 2022 and thoroughly enjoy being part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team from sales to operations. This year is already looking positive. Thank you to the broker community for continuing to support us in our journey."
