Uinsure secures new investment as part of growth strategy
Uinsure has announced that it has raised growth capital from private equity firm Perwyn.
"We are delighted that Perwyn are supporting our growth strategy and we look forward to continued growth over the coming years."
The GI provider currently provides home and landlord insurance policies to over 100,000 policyholders through a network of 15,000 advisers.
Uinsure says the new capital will allow it to make further strategic acquisitions as it moves forward with its growth strategy.
Simon Taylor, founder and CEO of Uinsure, said: “We are delighted that Perwyn are supporting our growth strategy and we look forward to continued growth over the coming years.”
Andrew Wynn and Ravi Sharma, partners at Perwyn, added: “The business has seen significant growth through its unique offering and we are excited to back entrepreneurs/owner managers like Simon and we look forward to working with the team at such an exciting time for the business."
