The Exeter appoints chief operating officer
Specialist health and protection insurer, The Exeter, has appointed Chris Pollard as its chief operating officer.
"Chris has a wealth of experience within the protection industry and will play a pivotal role in helping the senior team further shape and grow the company."
Chris previously held roles at Bupa and Friends Life (now part of Aviva) and as a consultant his clients have included EY, LV= and Prudential.
Chris will take up his new role in March 2019 and will take a place on both the full and executive boards at The Exeter, assuming responsibility for operations, underwriting and claims.
