Paymentshield appoints new account managers for North & South
Paymentshield has announced changes to its national account management teams, with sales appointments in the North and the South.
In the North, Laura Gauden has joined Paymentshield as national account manager and will be responsible for driving forward the company’s sales strategy. Laura previously worked at CHL and Virgin Money and brings with her strong relationships with key partners and a wealth of experience working on a number of high-profile accounts.
Meanwhile, Neil Parfitt has been promoted from regional sales manager to national account manager for the South and will work closely with the head of sales, Emma Green. Activity to source a replacement for Neil’s prior role covering the South West and Wales is currently underway.
James Watson, sales and marketing director at Paymentshield, said:
“We’re constantly striving to nurture our relationships with advisers and provide them with optimum support, whether it be product knowledge transfer, marketing campaign advice or tips on how to increase their GI conversions. A huge part of that comes down to having the right people with the right skills in place – particularly our account management teams.
“We’re excited to bring Laura on board and see both her and Neil thrive in their new positions. Both will be embedding themselves within the national account management teams over the coming weeks and we look forward to seeing our offering improve even further as a result.”
