Linear Financial Solutions joins Pink
Linear Financial Solutions has joined the Pink network.
This is part of an ongoing strategic plan within LSL under which Mark Graves, managing director of Linear, has become the Sales Director of Pink; Mark’s aim is to bring the high level of protection and cross sales skills that he has cultivated in Linear to the Pink advisers.
He will achieve this with a change of focus through training and workshops for all advisers across the network.
Mark Graves says:
“Now that Pink is part of the LSL Group, it makes absolute sense for Linear to move to Pink to keep the mortgage and protection work within the group.”
Simon Hendy, Linear’s financial services director, will have full responsibility for the sales operation going forward and has been invited to join the Linear board with immediate effect.
Mark says:
“We have worked hard at Linear to move from a mortgage focused operation to a protection focused one as we believe that the general public needs advice on life and protection products more than ever.
"We continue to use mortgages as our first point of call but enhance the sales skills of our advisers through training workshops to provide them with the confidence to provide the full range of financial advice.
“Simon and Roger Lucarotti, Linear’s operations director, will take over the day to day running of Linear while I focus on providing a comprehensive protection panel for the members and develop a culture of adviser training within Pink.
"This will benefit clients as they will have a wider range of advice and services on a regular basis.”
David Copland, chief executive of Pink, says:
“Pink aims to grow the network and to significantly increase our insurance proposition. Linear joining the Pink network and Mark’s appointment as a director to oversee our sales operation will have a significant, positive effect in helping us achieve both of these objectives.”
Linear is part of the LSL Group which acquired Pink on 1st December last year.
