- Beat a competitors premium with their 'Price Beater' offer
- Complete the initial assessment of the application and call the adviser to confirm requirements within 24 hours of receipt of a fully completed application form
- Action each piece of underwriting evidence within 48 hours of receipt
- Confirm the underwriting decision to the adviser the same day its been made
- Proactively manage client's cases through to completion with personalised attention and providing case updates according to the adviser's specific requirements.
