Kevin Paterson leaves The Source
Source Insurance has announced the departure of its managing director Kevin Paterson.
"After almost seven years at the helm I feel I have taken the business as far as I can and it now needs fresh leadership."
The firm said Kevin stepped down to "pursue other opportunities" and has promoted Tania Frowen as its new MD from her previous role as financial director.
Tania joined Source Insurance in 2016 and has held board roles for both operations director and financial director roles.
Tania said: “I know first hand how special the Source team is and I’m proud to have the opportunity to lead them. We have a fantastic opportunity to build on the great things we have achieved and offer our brokers and customers something truly remarkable."
Kevin commented: “The Source is an amazing place to work with a hugely talented team of people and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with the business, but after almost seven years at the helm I feel I have taken the business as far as I can and it now needs fresh leadership."
