Co-operative insurance offers home contents cover for free
The Co-operative Insurance is offering customers six months free contents cover when they take out buildings insurance for their home until 31 October.
Customers who take advantage of the deal could save an average of around sixty pounds.
Lee Mooney, Head of Home Insurance at The Co-operative Insurance, said:
"In today's climate where money is tight, paying to insure your home contents can be lower down the priority list and, not insuring can end up as a terrible false economy".
"It's important your possessions are insured to avoid unnecessary upset should the unexpected happen. To ease the burden, we're offering six months free contents cover with our buildings insurance to give customers the protection they need and a few extra pounds in their wallet at a time when household budgets are being trimmed."
