Precise Mortgages expands product transfer range
The lender has launched new residential and buy-to-let product transfer options.
"The introduction of these products will provide further options to support brokers with their residential and buy-to-let customers looking to retain their mortgages with Precise Mortgages."
- Adrian Moloney, intermediary director at OSB Group
Precise Mortgages has increased the number of product transfer options, adding products with fees to complement its range of fee-free products.
Precise says the fee-paying products will support customers looking to manage their immediate monthly costs and could be a welcome option with ongoing financial uncertainties.
Residential products include two, three and five-year options. Rates start from 6.29% for products with a 1% fee and 6.49% fee-free.
Buy-to-let products include one, two, three and five-year options. Rates start from 4.59% with a 3% fee, 6.59% with a 1% fee, and 6.89% fee-free.
Adrian Moloney, intermediary director at OSB Group, said: “The introduction of these products will provide further options to support brokers with their residential and buy-to-let customers looking to retain their mortgages with Precise Mortgages.
"We always stress that it’s vital for customers to engage with a broker to get the best advice on the options available to them.”
