Positive Commercial Finance appoints new national BDM
Positive Commercial Finance, the specialist commercial finance broker, has appointed Gary Ellis as Business Development Manager.
Gary has worked in the short term property finance industry for 16 years, primarily for principal lenders, including Goldentree and in the early 2000’s, Davenham Property Finance. His roles at those companies have ranged from Divisional Director to Business Development Manager and Underwriter.
Working with lenders across the UK, Gary has a particularly strong understanding of development finance and will be able to add value to clients’ finance requests with his expert knowledge of what lenders require when assessing a case.
With exclusive funding lines, commission splits and access to the lowest rates on the market, Positive Commercial Finance has proven success in offering flexibility and knowledge to clients looking for specialist finance for a wide range of development projects.
Gary commented:
“I’m delighted to be joining a highly experienced and successful team at Positive and have found their straightforward approach to finance very refreshing. Having previously worked for lenders I have an excellent understanding of their needs when looking at cases presented to them for funding. I believe this will be a major benefit to clients and I’m looking forward to building strong relationships with commercial and bridging lenders and their underwriters.”
John Waddicker, Director of Positive Commercial Finance, said:
“We have known Gary for many years and have always been impressed by his attitude and knowledge. We are very excited to welcome Gary to the team and look forward to working with him. He’ll be a real asset to our growing business.”
