PMS Mortgage Club launches new CRM panel
PMS Mortgage Club has announced three new partnerships to give its directly authorised members access to an exclusive panel of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system providers on enhanced terms.

PMS has signed deals with Acre, Smartr365 and Mortgage Brain, to become its preferred CRM suppliers.
From today, Acre’s end-to-end mortgage intermediaries platform is available to PMS members for free until 30 June 2024. Smartr365’s CRM will be available on enhanced terms to PMS members from March 2022 whilst CRM Brain, the new system from Mortgage Brain, is currently in development and set to join the panel in the second half of 2022.
Richard Howells, chief operating officer at Sesame Bankhall Group, said: “Technology is core to any advice firm, as advisers look to meet the evolving and increasingly diverse needs of their clients. As part of our promise to PMS members, we have assembled an exclusive panel of the leading technology providers. These are the mortgage CRM solutions that we believe are best placed to meet our members’ business needs, not only today but in the future. Furthermore, we have used our scale to do what PMS has always done and negotiate enhanced commercial terms to make these solutions even more compelling and add further value to PMS members’ businesses.”
Justus Brown, CEO and founder of Acre Software, commented: “We are thrilled to have the recognition of PMS as we look to improve current broker processes and boost their deal conversion rates as the property market continues to thrive. Through this arrangement with PMS, we can provide brokers with innovative technology that reduces the steps between clients and their dream home. It is a major milestone for Acre to be recognised by the UK’s leading mortgage club and we look forward to working closely with PMS to deliver new ways of working for its DA member firms.”
Neil Wyatt, sales and marketing director at Mortgage Brain, said: “We are delighted that the team at PMS has chosen to work in collaboration with Mortgage Brain to ensure that their customers can access the latest technology to support their business. As experts in mortgage technology, we are committed to developing the tools and processes that can streamline the mortgage process and support advisers. Developed incorporating the best features of our multi-award-winning system The Key and taking into account all of the existing Mortgage Brain customer feedback, CRM Brain’s additional quality of data, and flexible functionality and configuration, will help drive deeper and more personal customer relationships for a better mortgage experience, and also deliver additional benefits for PMS DA member firms.”
Billy Grimley, chief commercial officer at Smartr365, added: “We are thrilled to join PMS's preferred supplier panel. At Smartr365, we are committed to making mortgages simple for everyone in the home buying journey and we're excited to share that passion with PMS brokers. It’s clear that consumer expectations of the mortgage industry are rapidly changing, but with Smartr365's focus on building innovative digital experiences - for example, through our HomeBuyer tools and partnerships with key industry players like Experian and Digidentity - we feel uniquely placed to help brokers adapt to this. 2022 is already looking to be an exciting time for the industry and, working closely with PMS, we’ll be offering truly market changing technology to help brokers make mortgages simple.”
