PlannerPal extends AI workflow to mortgage advisers through Twenty7tec partnership
The partnership will make PlannerPal available to advisers within Twenty7tec’s ADVICE CRM.
Twenty7tec has partnered with PlannerPal to make the AI workflow available to mortgage advisers directly within its ADVICE CRM.
PlannerPal is already used by financial advice firms covering £150bn in client assets. This launch aims to give mortgage advisers more capacity and support well-evidenced and consistent advice.
Mortgage advisers can launch PlannerPal from inside ADVICE and capture client meetings in person or virtually, then turn them into notes, letters and reports in their firm's own templates. They can then upload documents back to ADVICE at adviser, client or enquiry level.
Mark Whitcroft, CEO and co-founder of PlannerPal, said: "Mortgage advice depends on the quality of the conversation. Bringing PlannerPal into ADVICE means advisers can use it where they already work, so every client gets a consistent, well-documented conversation and advisers get their time back for clients."
Nathan Reilly, chief customer officer at Twenty7tec, said: "The mortgage market is under growing pressure to prove consistency and suitability at scale. Working with PlannerPal gives ADVICE users AI that supports the advice conversation itself, not just the paperwork after it."
